General Motors makes cars, my team is responsible for 100% connectivity, globally, for the entire fleet. Personally, I:

• Initiate, design and negotiate APIs and other features both cross-functionally and externally. Documenting in backstage.

• Have domain expertise in telecommunications (5G) and sim architecture, working with various carriers and manufacturers.

• Run PI Planning for our ART, delivering 96% of features on time. Communicating consistently with relevant stakeholders.

• Created metric dashboards for my own visibility which was later productionised for our org using PowerBi.

• Conceived, managed and now expanded a knowledge-sharing initiative to all Innovation Centres across the globe, a widely successful drive to get teams to intermingle after years of working remotely.

Groupon is an e-commerce business that enables local businesses to create experiences for consumers at a discounted price. My work includes:

• Developing and maintaining complex data pipelines to enhance data for hundreds of users.

• Playing a key role in migrating our legacy systems to GCP.

• Organising sprints and facilitating Agile ceremonies as acting Scrum Master.

• Mentor junior members of the team and peers in other parts of the department.

• Initiated and drive the Intern Workshop to provide structure to interns' time at Groupon.

Oneview Healthcare offers digital solutions which unify the healthcare experience. My tasks included:

• Refactoring data pipelines utilizing Databricks, Azure Storage, and Octopus.

• Constructed a datalake for ad-hoc and cross-customer reporting.

• Designed and implemented a product component involving Machine Learning.

• Produced dashboards in Power BI delivering insights to customers and internally.

• Hold various knowledge-sharing events for the team based on what I learnt in college/myself.

Travelport develops mobile solutions for airlines and travel agents. Our larger customers include easyJet, Singapore Airlines and BCD. My tasks involved:

• Consistently pushed code to production (AWS) using CI/CD technologies (Jenkins & Ansible).

• Performed analysis on live production data using Apache Spark (PySpark).

• Created dynamic reports using the data visualisation platform, Looker.

• Organised and facilitate tech sessions for the interns globally.

• Undertook discovery work and identified risks and requirements of future work.

• My focus is around Artificial Intelligence but my chosen electives are about software in production environments (Scalable Computing, Distributed Computing and IoT).
